This photo was taken
at the parish picnic of 2008.
Mass was held in the park,
with food and fun afterwards.
Sadly,
St. Elizabeth Parish
closed her doors for good
in June of this year,
merging with St. Joseph Parish in Wyandotte.
But the music by this group
was always awesome,
always energetic,
always inspiring.
. . .and at least one of the folks in this photo
is going to be a soloist
at the Choir Festival!

The event starts at noonand will take place
at St. Andre Bessette Parish
(formally, St. Francis Xavier).
This is a great way to show our gifts that God has given us through music Rubi I hope people get as Excited about this as I am and get behind this to any ministry that play's my drums are everyones drums so if your ministry needs drums a nice set of Ludwigs will be there I can't wait please consider playing at this blessed event the holy ghost will set your feet a dancing the holy ghost will fill you through and through.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Clifford. As your comment shows, it's about the music, but so much more! It's about getting excited about our ministry. It's about letting the Holy Spirit come down and bless us. I so look forward to this event and truly hope that St. Elizabeth Charismatic Music Ministry will be able to participate. "I came to Glorify God's name. . ." That just has to be one of the songs you all play!!!!
